SNWA and advertising agency R&R Partners from Las Vegas have released this ridiculous spot recently.

The commercial features two garbage men, who all of a sudden are distracted by a neighbor. She is a senior lady, wearing an eccentric morning attire. The wind blows her hair and tails – men are infatuated by her. Apparently, it is the water saving, that makes her so attractive to them.
